Honey, I can write you a nice little note telling you how much I appreciate you and love you...and I'm sure you'll be touched by it. But I've done that before and it just feels insignificant. Plus, I know in the back of your mind you will always have that typical spouse-like feeling of "well, you have to say that, it's my birthday and you are married to me!" So, instead of JUST writing you a letter telling you how I feel about you, I thought I would back it up! These people in this blog are not married to you, and THEY DON'T HAVE TO SAY IT! They love you (not half as much as I do though). Bookmark this blog and read through these truths about you and the impact you've had on people and simply be refreshed. I love you

Phil and Kathy Arnold

Dear Emily,It is hard to believe that you are turning 30 this year…where did the years go? I clearly remember spending our first Christmas in NY with yourfamily in your blue house in Connecticut, when you and Lindsay were babies, taking pictures of both of you together in your Santa sleepers! You were just a funny, cute little 5 month old with dark hair that stuck out all over your head. We had some fun times while your family lived in CT and we were nearby in Mt. Kisco, NY. Too bad you guys moved to California…what was up with that! Oh well, life has a way of doing the unexpected and that is one example. It amazes me how close all of you cousins have been through the years, in spite of living coast-to-coast and half-way in between! I have loved watching all of you grow from babies, to toddlers, to elementary-age kids, to teenagers, to college students, and now to husbands, wives and moms and dads! I take pride in each one of you and love the wonderful choices you have all made in your lives…your choice in spouses, your choice in careers, your choices in how you raise your beautiful children, and especially, your choice to follow the Lord. I am truly blessed with 9 wonderful nieces and nephews! So today it is your dayto celebrate…30 amazing years! You are a precious niece to me, and Ialways think of you with joy in my heart. May God bless you today, Emily, and through this new year and decade that God has given you. May He grant you the desires of your heart, and may you know great joy in following closely after Him. With love, Aunt Kathy and Uncle Phil
